What is a player app, and how does it work on Firestick?
A player app is the IPTV media player you install on your Firestick. It organises your Prime TV channels and playlists with an EPG (Electronic Program Guide). The app itself is separate software — your channels come from your Prime TV subscription.
Is the player app compatible with all Firestick models?
Most Firestick models are supported. Make sure you have enough storage space and a solid Wi-Fi connection for the best performance.
How do I add Prime TV to my player app?
Add your Xtream Codes (or M3U) details in the app’s playlist section, using the login details provided in your Prime TV setup/welcome information.

Delete or edit the playlist and add it again — it may have been entered incorrectly. Please check your login details, including capital letters.
